Home Away from Home

Hello!

First of all we owe Jen a gracious "kop jai lai lai" (thank you very much) for generously setting up this blog. Being relatively savy with email and word (but little else) she really provided a great service to us all! I am amazed that she even found pictures on the internet to add to the stories - well done! I'll try to do the same, but we've been at this cafe for a while and are anxious to get back on our bikes and go for a ride.

We had a nice time in Phnom Penh and are happy to be in Vientiane, Laos. We arrived safely and are very happy to be in a place where we can walk without a map, speak with the locals (albeit on a basic level) and see friends. It's like coming home - especially after the hectic cities of Hanoi and Phnom Penh.
